Summary
As a professional with almost two decades of experience in consulting and training projects, in management systems, SMEs development, capacity building, international cooperation, cluster development, LMS, communication, I am committed to sustainable development and accustomed to challenges.
With a comprehensive experience and knowledge of EU funds and programmes, I was engaged as a Communication Officer at the Interreg-IPA CBC Bulgaria-Serbia Programme where I held the responsibility for the visibility and communication of the programme, and also in expert positions in EU/UNIDO/ITC funded projects.
Belonging to the group of pioneers in Social Responsibility, I advocate the concept of CSR, principles and benefits for different stakeholders at conferences and seminars throughout business and local/regional communities. Since 2006, I have been a member of the National committee for Sustainability and Social Responsibility within the Institute for Standardization of Serbia, with the task of adopting standards in the range of Social Responsibility, Sustainable development in communities, Sustainable cities and communities, Anti-bribery management systems, Sustainable procurement.
Experienced in the design and delivery of trainings, workshops and events, from training needs analysis, creating and delivery, to follow-up and training evaluation.
I had the opportunity to develop and implement tailor-made HR solutions in international context, in different cultural environments, to work on the development of strategies, policy proposals, business plans and to carry out activities necessary for the overall improvement and capacity building in the framework of EU Cohesion Policy.
