- Experienced in using methods such as peer reviews, communities of practice, thematic benchmarking, mentoring and action learning in city-to-city exchanges.
- Lived in 4 EU member states - proficient in 5 EU languages.
- Solid understanding of EU policy context in urban and a variety of sectoral policies.
- Enjoys working with city council staff from across Europe in knowledge transfer, action planning and project design.
- A strong believer in the value of well structured, managed and facilitated impact of transnational learning to trigger local change and innovation.
